Real Moms Love to Eat - Book review

Real Moms Love to Eat is more than just a recipe book that tells you the good, the bad, and the ugly of what we eat. This book helps to work through whatever emotions you have about food. Once your food issues are worked out you can start to enjoy food again without the stress. Beth Aldrich, the author of Real Moms Love to Eat, also guides you into making healthy choices but in a 10 part step-by-step fashion that's easy to follow, allowing you to eat well while eating what you love.

This book isn't a Vegan or Vegetarian book but there are plenty of yummy recipes that I plan to try.

In my own experience I've found that eating healthier is a gradual process and not a "diet" by the definition that you might know it as - but diet as in what you eat as part of your lifestyle - and Real Moms Love to Eat is a great resource for those wanting to make changes to a healthier way of life.

Our food system has changed so much in the past 20 years and there are lots of movements out there to help get the word out that real food is healthier than the toxic processed food many are consuming on a daily basis. This book helps you make those healthier choices without having to give up all the foods you love, and if you are like me and have a few {or more} pounds to loose it might even help you do that too.
